Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed by God’s goodness. We serve such a good, just, and holy God. We have so many special answers to prayer this month!
Praise the Lord with us:
– The Raleigh church is preparing for a season of outreach and evangelism. Many Ukrainians are uncertain about their immigration status and are anxious. We are trying to use this time wisely to advance Jesus’ Kingdom. We were able to purchase outdoor cooking equipment to make Ukrainian food for these outreaches. Yulia, a widowed church member who had a “no-fault” accident that totaled her car, was gifted a Kia Soul by Hendrick Kia in Raleigh, NC. The Lord used your prayers to touch the hearts of the dealership and help this deserving family.

– The DC Bible study is meeting weekly. We praise the Lord that Oleg was able to purchase a newer truck ministry with the help of First Baptist Church of Atoka, TN. This truck will be used for transporting Oleg to his ministry obligations, as well as serving the church and its members. There is always someone moving, something that needs to be moved, or on a lighter note, Marketplace finds that Lori needs hauled home :).

– Our Ukrainian team continues to preach the Gospel and deliver humanitarian aid to war-torn cities and weary soldiers.
– The feeding ministry to orphans in Odesa and war refugee children in Kyiv have been greatly helped financially by Operation Renewed Hope. These funds enable us to provide these children with a more varied diet and occasionally add treats. We will never know the Kingdom fruit in some of these lives as refugees do not stay put long. But we know this is a ministry that is pleasing to the Lord.

– Camp Mundo Vista in Sophia, NC invited Ukrainian refugee children for a week of camp at no charge to their families. Many of our Raleigh children, children from our church in Mukachevo who have relocated to the States, and contacts in Washington DC are enjoying the goodness of the Lord at camp right now. Please pray for spiritual fruit, as many of these children and their parents do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Pray for blessings on this camp for their kindess and generosity.

-Our sending church, Friendship Baptist in Raleigh, sent Simon for a week of camp at the Wilds in Brovard, NC. This was a tremendous blessing that Simon had been looking forward to since last year.

Please pray for us for:
– A soon and just end to the Russian-Ukrainian war;
– Wisdom, spiritual endurance, and physical safety for our family as we minister to many needy and hurting people;
– For the Raleigh and Miami church plants to grow and prosper in the Lord; for Ihor’s family to join him soon.
– For Oleg’s safety as he and other church members travel to Washington D.C. each Saturday, for this Bible Study to grow and prosper in the Lord;
– For our Ukrainian team members not to grow weary in doing good – this war is not going well for Ukraine;
– Favor with churches as we contact them to become missionary partners.
– For Abigail to recover quickly from nose surgery. She has suffered from not being able to breathe freely for some time.
Sincerely,
Oleg, Lori, Abigail, and Simon Enskyy
Thank you so much for partnering with us for the sake of the Gospel!
